Q: Is this a safe app?
A: This app views iOS contact data and saves a birthdaycard to photos. Data is not shared. It uses hardened runtime, along with System Integrity Protection (SIP), app sandbox (protection to system resources and user data), xprotect, firewall, secure enclave, family sharing and gatekeeper.

Q: Why are some contacts grey when importing contacts or wont get imported?
A: These contacts do not have a birthday added or their birthdays do not include a year, only day and month, add the year using contacts or add the person manually.

Q: When using the macOS app I cant select multiple contacts when importing contacts?
A: Press and hold the command key (⌘).

Q: Is it environmental friendly?
A: The system may put the app to sleep.

Q: A link isnt forwarding correct?
A: Please download the latest version.

Q: Birthday persons are not synchronised between devices or not synchronised correct?
A: The solution is to add the person manually on MacOS, or close and open the app (IOS, iPadOS) to initiate the synchronisation.

Q: Not all birthdays are saved when importing?
A: There is a limitation to the maximum number of unique keys that can be synchronised, hundreds of birthdays can be stored depending on specific configurations, but not thousands.

Q: No more notifications?
A: No, the widget informs about birthdays. Previously scheduled notifications are removed but some might remain, this will automatically be solved because they wont be rescheduled after a year. Existing customers can disable notifications using the settings app on the device, selecting the app and disabling notifications. The issue does not exist anymore in version 67 and above on new installations.

Q: I cant find the tvOS app?
A: Click the developer name and select the app or search for "Sleep" or "Interactive poster" on AppleTV.

Q: The magnetometer provides incorrect readings?
A: When restarting a device it will be recalibrated.
